Overview:
**Role Purpose**

**Do**
- **Design and Development of UI for a Product/** Application**
- _Collaborate with Business Analyst & Pro_duct Manager for a better understanding of functional requirements, analysis, design document_
- _Understand the requirements from UX Designer and use agile methodology to create static designs and interactive prototypes _
- _Implement features and create presentation layer in accordance with business requirements and UX specifications_
- _Develop working prototypes from UI designs for cross-platform devices and ensure cross-browser _compatibility_
- _Develop and maintain_ new and existing product’s screens by utilizing different technologies in creating component based responsive design_
- _Ensure heavy use of Chrome Developer Tools + Firebug to ensure front-end code and assets were optimized and of high-quality_
- _Ensure usage of color and font represent integrated brand perception and user experience_
- _Collaborate with other user experience designers, UI software engineers and graphic designers to ensure a consistent and integrated user experience_
- **C**ompetency Building**
- _Integrate best practices through competency development, multiskilling and by doing mandatory training compliance _
- _Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members._
