Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Set sales quotas and targets for the team.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional
manner.
- Sales Operations:
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Manage the regional sales budget effectively.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure Company products are well-distributed and visible in the region.
- Channel Management:
- Manage relationships with various distribution channels, including general trade,
key accounts, and HoReCa.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales promotions and marketing
campaigns.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyses.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Represent Company at industry events and trade shows.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience of 12+ years in sales management, preferably in the
FMCG or beverage industry.
- Education: Any graduate with Masters degree in Sales/Marketing preferred
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the market, competitors, and customer
needs.
- Product Knowledge: Knowledge of beverages products and the industry.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant
software.
Pay: ₹9,029.46 - ₹60,492.03 per month
Schedule:
