**Job Title**: Travel Desk Executive

**Department**: Front Office / Concierge / Guest Services
**Reports To**: Front Office Manager / Duty Manager
**Supervises**: None

**Job Summary**:
The Travel Desk Executive is responsible for assisting guests with travel arrangements, including airport transfers, local transportation, sightseeing tours, ticket bookings, and travel information. The role ensures efficient, personalized, and courteous service that enhances the overall guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrange airport pick-ups, drop-offs, and local transportation for guests.
- Coordinate with cab services, tour operators, and rental services.
- Provide guests with accurate information about local attractions, transportation routes, and travel timings.
- Assist in booking flight, train, and bus tickets if required.
- Recommend and arrange sightseeing tours or packages for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and travel-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a database of travel vendors and ensure service quality.
- Manage travel desk records, bookings, and billing accurately.
- Ensure guests are aware of hotel transport policies and charges.
- Collaborate with the concierge, reception, and bell desk for smooth operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional travel options and tourism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reservation and travel booking systems.
- Ability to multitask and handle guest requests under pressure.
- Polite, organized, and guest-focused demeanor.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
