**Paid Social Media Marketing Expert**:

- Develop and execute strategic paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the end-to-end process, from campaign conception to optimization and reporting.
- Utilize targeting options to reach specific audience segments and maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

**E-commerce Sales Growth**:

- Implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions on the e-commerce website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and promotional activities.
- Optimize user experience on the website to enhance the customer journey and encourage conversions.

**Data Analysis**:

- Regularly analyze performance data using analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
- Provide reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and recommendations for improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.

**Content Creation and Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy and visual assets.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creative, targeting, and messaging for improved performance.

**Budget Management**:

- Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources based on performance and strategic priorities.
- Monitor spending and ensure campaigns are within budget while maximizing ROI.

**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:

- Work on initiatives to improve the website's conversion rate through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience enhancements.

**Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in running successful paid social media campaigns, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
