Job Title: Social Media Executive (Facebook ADS )

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads.
- Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to identify target audiences and optimize campaign targeting.
- Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Know about b2b and b2C

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Proficient in using advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Facebook Ads certification.
- Experience with additional digital advertising platforms, such as Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Twitter Ads.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Basic Knowledge of SEO

Note:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
