Working hours: Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm
Age: Between 25 to 40

Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate

Experience: 2+ Years in Back Office Management and Coordination with HO + Plant for Overall smooth working of the Organization

**Key Role & Responsibility**:

- To design operational working of every department of the organization so that smooth and effective working happen
- Getting work done with coordination of different departments and execute the plan to get the desired outcome
- To identify and negotiate different vendors for supply and service
- To understand the requirements of Management and deliver time bounded
- To lead HR and Admin departments from the front
- To form, implement and monitor policies and procedure for the organization
- To coordinate with Plant Manager and other hierarchy for better coordination and cooperation
- To create healthy environment where resources & resourcefulness was optimized

**Profile**:

- Must know MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Tally knowledge is preferred but not mandatory
- Smart & Well Matured

- Technology savvy

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
