Admin Front Office Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
- **CRM Handling**: Maintain and update customer data, track interactions, and manage follow-ups.
- **Branch Coordination**: Communicate and coordinate between different branches to ensure smooth operations.
- **Client Follow-Ups & Happy Calls**: Regularly check in with clients for feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and maintain reports related to client interactions, branch updates, and administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in **MS Office & CRM software**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate efficiently.
- Prior experience in **administration/front desk/customer service** is an advantage.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
