We are looking for a **Skin Care Cosmetic Formulation Chemist (R&D)** to join our dynamic team and contribute to our research and development efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop formulations for skincare and personal care products, including creams, shampoos, hair oils, conditioners, face washes, body washes, body lotions, and foot care products.

Manage all R&D activities, including formulation, production, and manufacturing processes.

Develop vendor relationships to meet cost, quality, and innovation requirements.

Conduct research and create new formulations based on market trends and business demands.

Oversee product development from the initial concept to final production sign-off, including pilot batches and full-scale manufacturing.

Establish sampling methods and documentation formats for quality control analysis.

Test and evaluate raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.

Maintain **FDA-compliant records** and support regulatory affairs.

Coordinate laboratory testing and necessary follow-ups for raw materials and finished goods.

Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment used in production.

Assist in obtaining FDA approvals and expanding the product portfolio.

Prepare necessary documentation for product registration and regulatory compliance.

Guide production, filling, and packing teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Define **Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL)** for incoming raw materials and components.

Review and verify production work orders, taking corrective action in case of discrepancies.

Ensure label compliance and accurate product registration documentation.

**Requirements**:
Degree in **Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field**.

Proven experience in **cosmetic formulation, R&D, and manufacturing**.

Knowledge of **regulatory guidelines, GMP, and GLP** compliance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
