**Graphics & Social Media Content Designer - Full-Time / Internship (Onsite Only)**

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000/month
**Internship (Full time) Stipend**: ₹5,000/month

We’re **Aveolabs**, an innovation-led **cosmetics startup** where creativity meets science. We’re on the lookout for a **design dynamo** who loves creating viral content and branding magic — someone who knows how to **make a product pop, a story flow, and a feed scroll-stopping.**

This is an onsite role at our Gandhinagar centre (Ahmedabad region). Remote work is not available.

**What You’ll Own**:
**Social Media First (Main Focus)**
- Create **eye-catching posts**, **reels**, **carousels**, and **short videos** for Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook
- Stay on top of **trending formats** (memes, transitions, testimonials, tutorials)
- Make creative use of **motion graphics**, **text overlays**, and **reel storytelling**

**Posters & Visual Communication**
- Design **event posters**, **launch creatives**, **internal branding visuals**, and **print-ready assets**:

- Use styles from **mínimalist** to **bold typography**, and everything in between

**Videos & Motion Content**
- Create short-form social videos, **CGI-style ads**, and **product demo edits**:

- Use **After Effects** and **Premiere Pro** for transitions, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
- Know tools like **CapCut**, **Runway ML**, **Synthesia**, or AI video editors

**Packaging & Branding Design**
- Design **product packaging**, **labels**, and **boxes** for cosmetics and personal care
- Work on **mockups** using tools like **Artboard Studio**, **Placeit**, or smart PSDs
- Develop **brand kits**, **booth designs**, and **print collaterals**

**Brochures, Catalogues & Profiles**
- Support in designing brochures, product catalogues, investor profiles, etc.
- Ensure consistency across digital and print communication

**Light Photography & Video**
- Assist in styling and capturing **product photos or clips** (even with phone)
- Edit visuals and integrate into social designs as needed

**Tools You Should Know (or Be Willing to Learn Quickly)**:

- **Adobe Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, **InDesign**, **After Effects**, **Premiere Pro**:

- **Figma**, **Canva Pro**, **CorelDRAW** (optional)
- **Blender**, **Cinema 4D**, **Maya** (for CGI/3D enthusiasts)
- **Runway ML**, **Synthesia**, **CapCut**, **InShot** (AI & mobile-first editing)
- **Mockup Tools**:Artboard Studio**, **Placeit**, **Smart PSDs**
