Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
- Use graphic design software and tools to create and edit designs. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
- Ensure all designs are in line with the company's brand image and guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
- Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Gandhinagar, Gujarat (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Relocate before starting work (required)
