**Job Overview**

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our team at SPlus Ads. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and graphics for various marketing and communication materials. This is a full-time position based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, and is suitable for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral, Figma)
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Understanding of user-centered design and user experience principles
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Create visually appealing designs and graphics for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other communication channels
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Produce high-quality designs that align with the brand identity and guidelines
- Ensure that designs are visually engaging, user-friendly, and optimized for digital platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Conduct research and gather inspiration to develop innovative design concepts
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Work on multiple projects and deliver designs within given deadlines

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 3 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Gandhinagar, Gujarat (required)
