**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Lead Engineer - DCS (ABB 800xA) located in Bangalore. As the lead engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) projects. You will lead a team of approx.10 engineers to provide customers with efficient product life-cycle services and provide high-end design engineering solutions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, provide customized solutions, and drive the success of the project.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering(E&I, E&C, EEE, Mechatronics etc..)
- 7+ years of experience in Automation and Control Engineering with 4+ years of design, development, and commissioning experience in ABB 800xA DCS system.
- Experience with DCS systems ABB 800xA is a must.
- Experience with other DCS systems such as Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa Centum, Honeywell Experion or Siemens PCS7 is an added advantage.
- Experience in different protocols like Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, OPC etc is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation and Control Systems, and relevant industry standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers to achieve project goals and milestones.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and tasks effectively.
- Experience with project management, project estimation, and cost control.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with international projects and customers is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
