Job Description:
As an Executive in BPO and Customer Support within the Admissions department, you will
play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer support for our admissions process. Your
responsibilities will involve engaging with applicants, addressing inquiries, and maintaining
efficient processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:

7. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and follow established
processes for delivering excellent customer service.
- Education: Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Ideally, have 1-2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or
BPO roles.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to
effectively interact with applicants.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Customer-Centric: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and
ensuring a positive applicant experience.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
As an Executive in BPO and Customer Support, you will be a key point of contact for
applicants during the admissions process. Your role is critical in ensuring that applicants
receive the support and assistance they need to successfully navigate the admissions journey.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
