We are looking for a Marketing Assistant in the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for driving localized marketing efforts within your designated area. Your role will involve implementing marketing strategies, promoting healthcare services/products, and building strong relationships with local stakeholders. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry is required for this role.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Local Marketing Strategy**:Execute marketing strategies tailored to the specific demographics and needs of your assigned area.
Collaborate with the Marketing Head to align local strategies with the overall marketing plan.

**Field Activities**:Implement on-ground marketing initiatives, including events, workshops, and health camps to promote healthcare services/products.
Coordinate logistics, venue selection, and participant engagement for successful event execution.

**Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and community leaders.
Identify partnership opportunities that can enhance the brand's visibility and reputation in the area.

**Campaign Implementation**:Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including local print media, radio, and online platforms.
Ensure campaign materials are distributed effectively within the area.

**Data Collection and Analysis**:Gather feedback and insights from local events and campaigns to assess their impact and effectiveness.
Provide regular reports to the Marketing Head, highlighting key metrics and suggesting improvements.

**Market Research**:Monitor local healthcare trends, competition, and patient preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Identify areas of opportunity for growth within your designated area.

**Compliance and Regulations**:Ensure all marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.
Stay updated on relevant healthcare guidelines that impact marketing practices.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing within the healthcare industry is required.
- Knowledge of local healthcare landscape and familiarity with local healthcare providers is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with local stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools for campaign tracking and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
