Job Description

Bajaj Finance Limited is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager – Secured Loans for the Guntur location. The role focuses on sourcing secured loan business through DSA and open market channels while ensuring quality acquisition and timely disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and drive sales of secured loan products including Business Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, and Home Loans
  • Handle DSA partners and generate business through open market sourcing
  • Identify new business opportunities in the assigned Guntur territory
  • Ensure proper documentation and coordination for loan processing and disbursement
  • Conduct regular field visits for customer acquisition and relationship building
  • Maintain pipeline, daily sales tracking, and MIS reporting
  • Ensure adherence to company credit policies and compliance norms
  • Support senior sales managers in achieving overall business targets

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in secured loans sales
  • Experience in LAP / Mortgage Loans / Business Loans is mandatory
  • Exposure to DSA handling and field sales
  • Good understanding of the Guntur local market
  • Target-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills

Age Criteria

  • Maximum age: Up to 35 years
