**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Strong command over English, especially for dealing with international customers in regions like the US, UK, and Australia, following predefined scripts or product features.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets.
- Ability to read and extract contacts from various sources, logging call statuses daily in a spreadsheet with necessary remarks.
- Experience in fetching contact numbers based on professional profiles is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in lead generation activities for specified markets is beneficial.
- Experience in appointment setting for global market products and/or solutions developed by the company.
- Additional advantage if experienced in product-based selling.
- Proficient in scheduling meetings using Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom based on client preferences.
- Quick learning ability to understand and articulate the company’s services and solutions.
- Ability to handle inbound calls, providing information on solutions or product features.
- Flexibility to work in US, UK, and Australian time zones based on the customer base focus.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Adaptability to work from the office or remotely based on activity requirements.
