**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **versatile and hands-on Marketing Executive** who specializes in **social media** and **organic SEO**. This isn’t just a scheduling role — we need someone who understands content psychology, audience behavior, platform algorithms, and how to consistently build visibility and engagement.

You’ll take full ownership of our **social media presence** across platforms like **Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Quora**, while also managing **on-page and off-page SEO efforts** to drive sustained organic growth.

**Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and execute content strategies tailored to each platform
- Create and manage platform-specific content calendars (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn carousels, Pinterest pins, Quora threads, etc.)
- Track and leverage platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts to maximize reach
- Engage with communities, respond to interactions, and build an authentic online presence
- Monitor analytics and continuously optimize content for growth and performance

**SEO**
- Plan and implement **on-page SEO** (meta tags, keyword optimization, internal linking)
- Support and guide **off-page SEO** efforts (backlink strategy, content collaborations, citation building)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking using SEO tools
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure SEO is built into every asset

**What You’ll Need**:

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in **social media marketing and SEO**
- Strong understanding of each platform’s content formats, audience dynamics, and algorithms
- Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs), and reporting
- Excellent written communication and creative thinking skills
- A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
