Responsibilities:

- Develops a cohesive strategy and marketing plan to drive brand awareness and market share gains for the business. Advise and prompt senior leadership with new approaches to the market opportunity.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand preferences and perceptions of customers and the market.
- Collaborating with product strategy leaders to package, price, and position new solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive global marketing plan including digital marketing (web, SEO/SEM), social media-focused marketing, analyst relations, demand generation, events, and branding.
- Develop and efficiently manage the marketing budget, building a clear picture of ROI to drive future marketing programs.
- Proactively identify and develop longer-term marketing and communications strategies and initiatives that will result in leader positioning and growth.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire our in-house teams to be the best.
- Constantly track marketing KPIs and create new opportunities for generating leads.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years in leading marketing in B2B demand generation, digital campaign management, content marketing
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example.
- Have built teams around digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, etc.
- Have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to attract, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
