**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes (e.g., noodles, fried rice, soups, Manchurian, gravies, etc.)
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of dishes
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards
- Assist in inventory management and raw material preparation
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Maintain proper hygiene and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

**Requirements & Skills**
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** as a Chinese Cook in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
- Strong knowledge of **Chinese cuisine techniques and ingredients**:

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak hours
- Good teamwork, time management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of **food safety, hygiene, and sanitization** standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
