**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare authentic Chinese dishes, including Cantonese, Szechuan, Hunan, and other regional specialities.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Manage the kitchen operations for the Chinese section.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on Chinese cooking techniques and recipes.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan new dishes and seasonal menus.
- Handle food preparation for large volumes during peak hours.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chinese Chef in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
- Expertise in Chinese cooking techniques, including stir-fry, steaming, deep-frying, and roasting.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Creativity in menu development and food presentation.
- A diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts is preferred.
- Experience in a fine-dining or high-volume kitchen.
- Knowledge of ingredient sourcing and seasonal planning.
