Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Back Office Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient operation of our back-office functions and providing essential support to various departments within our organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and file management tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize advanced features of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to analyze data, generate reports, and maintain databases.
- Collaborate closely with team members to optimize workflow processes and enhance efficiency.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and best practices within the back-office operations.
- Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
