About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Travel Advisor who can turn enquiries into perfectly planned holidays. You’ll handle leads end-to-end—qualify, design itineraries, price and close—while coordinating with suppliers/DMCs and ensuring a smooth post-booking experience. Focus regions include **Thailand, Bali/Indonesia, Vietnam**, and popular Indian circuits like **Rajasthan**; MICE and Group/FIT experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: lead qualification → needs analysis → itinerary curation → quotation → negotiation → closure → payment follow-ups.
- Build customised **FIT** and **Group** packages (land + air), select hotels, transfers, activities, insurance, and visas as applicable.
- Coordinate rates/availability with DMCs, hotels, and suppliers; ensure margin discipline and accurate costing.
- Prepare proposals, invoices, confirmations, vouchers, day-wise itineraries, and travel docs with zero errors.
- Maintain CRM hygiene (lead status, tasks, notes), and hit weekly/monthly targets on **conversion, revenue, and margin**.
- Provide proactive pre-trip and on-trip support; handle changes, escalations, and service recovery professionally.
- Stay updated on destination trends, seasons, visa rules, and upsell opportunities (room categories, activities, add-ons).

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years** in B2C travel sales/advisory (freshers with strong internship/knowledge may be considered).
- Strong destination knowledge of **Thailand / Bali / Vietnam**; India circuits (e.g., Rajasthan) preferred.
- Excellent communication (English + Hindi; Marathi a plus), persuasive selling, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with **Google Workspace/MS Office**, WhatsApp Business, and a CRM (e.g., Zoho/HubSpot).
- Basic familiarity with **GDS** (Amadeus/Galileo) or airline/supplier portals is an advantage.
- Comfortable working a **6-day** roster, evenings/weekends during peaks, and meeting aggressive targets.
