**Job Description**:
As a Tele Holiday Advisors, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities over the phone. You will be a key part of our sales team, engaging with potential clients and conveying the value of our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to understand their needs and offer our products/services.
- Tele calling the potential leads & coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Sales of Holiday Products - Group tour, Customized tours, Solo Tours.
- Establish and maintain strong, positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Qualify leads and generate sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
- Maintain a detailed record of interactions with customers in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, provide feedback, and optimize sales strategies.
- Keep up to date with industry knowledge and product information to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent command over English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- A passion for travel and a customer-first attitude.
- A high degree of resilience and a positive attitude.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and eagerness to start their career in sales are encouraged to apply

Education/Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/Travel, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,819.13 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
