**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Cooking:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, ensuring high quality and consistent taste.
- Develop new recipes and menu items based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards.

2.Purchasing:

- Source and purchase high-quality ingredients and cooking supplies from various vendors.
- Maintain inventory levels, ensuring the kitchen is stocked with fresh and necessary items.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality.

3. Driving:

- Utilize a valid driving license to pick up supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods from suppliers to the restaurant.

4.Kitchen Management:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the safety of the customers.
- Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff as needed.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
