Substation Civil Supervisor

We are searching for a responsible and competent Civil Supervisor to oversee the civil operations of the power distribution projects, with a focus on EHV substations up to 400 kV. The ideal applicant would have excellent contract labor management, guarantee of quality control, and adherence to workplace safety regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
Administration of Labor:
Oversee contract workers at the site and regularly allocate assignments to staff members according to their familiarity with civic obligations.

Promise of Quality:
Regular quality checks on civil works can help ensure that operations are carried out in compliance with structural and civil plans.

Keeping Documents Current:
Make sure the task's measurement is accurate in the measuring book each day.

Material Management:
Every day, reconcile materials, taking returns and challenges into consideration.utilizing independent contractors to provide the labor.

Reporting:
Participate in routine duties and provide work reports to superiors.as well as the final consumers.

Billing:
Create running bills using the approved and real measurement sheets as a guide.

How to Handle Drawings:
Sort out which shop floor drawings belong together, ensure that the work is completed in accordance with the approved plans, and make the necessary updates to the as-built drawings.

Sync:
Coordinate often with the many agencies present, including the departments of Civil, HVAC, and FA.

Handling Lists:
Maintain work permits and site checklists up to date with the required tasks on a regular basis.

Observance:
Ensure that every task is finished in compliance with the requirements outlined in the drawings, SOP, and tender.

Proficiency and Situation:
demonstrated proficiency in supervising the building of projects requiring electricity distribution, particularly those involving high-voltage substations.

good managerial compliance skills in labor, quality assurance, and safety.

proficiency in the implementation and understanding of structural and civil designs.

Good communication skills are necessary while interacting with representatives of other websites, elderly people, and themselves.

competence with taking measurements, performing material reconciliation, and producing invoices.

the ability to maintain checklists and work permits current.

familiarity with SOPs and tender specifications.

Pay: ₹38,086.00 - ₹41,342.40 per month
