**Responsibilities**
- Should have very good understanding about Credit Card Application process and CIBIL criteria
- Should have relevant network who can be target customers for Credit Card sales pitch.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and terms of credit cards you are pitching.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
- Maintain high productivity standards without compromising quality and accuracy.
- Ensure zero cases of mis-selling or fraud during customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate data of customer leads and updates for timely follow-ups and ensure closures.
- Achieve and exceed monthly credit card acquisition targets.
- Identify and engage potential customers through field visits and networking.
**Requirements and skills**
- Education - 12th Pass or above in any discipline
- Experience - 6 months of mandatory experience in Credit Card sales
- Good selling skills
- Should have his own Two-Wheeler (Bike / Scooter)
- Deep understanding of financial products like Credit cards/ Loans or STPS
- Active listener with effective convincing power and Patience
- Should be a smart thinker with the ability to perform under pressure situation
