**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE**
- Medical Representatives / Field Sales (engaging Doctors at clinics / hospitals) having skills in managing relationships with Medical fraternity in order to create growth and new business for a company.
- To promote products to healthcare professionals and other relevant target groups to meet/exceed sales targets for assigned product(s) within the allocated territory.
- Develop a Sales Plan to achieve set sales and collection targets.
- Ensure successful launch of New Products and promotions in the assigned region.
- Devise and implement sales strategy, dealer management strategy, development plan, and sales forecasts to ensure key objectives are met.
- Identify competitive issues/opportunities and provide credible market and customer feedback.
- Process optimization with regard to ordering, billings, shipments & collection.
- Timely reporting of daily reports and trackers.
- Ensure schedule & compliance adherence to various laid-out processes.

Confident

Fluent in English

Presentable having excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and selling skills.

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Pharma: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
