About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Staff member to join our team and play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our visitors. You will be the first point of contact for guests, enquiries, and deliveries, ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.

**Responsibilities**:
Front Office:
Greet visitors warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.

Answer phones, screen calls, and direct them to appropriate staff.

Manage the reception area, ensuring its tidiness and maintaining a professional atmosphere.

Receive and distribute mail, parcels, and deliveries.

Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for internal staff.

Maintain office supplies and order replacements as needed.

Provide general information to visitors and answer basic enquiries.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as data entry, filing, and report preparation.

Eligibility

Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or administrative role (or relevant internship).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to learn new software programs quickly.

Professional and courteous demeanor with a positive attitude.

Competitive salary and benefits package.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
