**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or section
- Answer and forward phone calls as needed
- Schedule appointments and meetings as requested
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and support to visitors, clients, and staff
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kondotti, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
