Job Title: OPT Recruiter / US Talent Acquisition

Location: Hi-tech City, Hyderabad (On-site)

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent

Experience: 2-6 Years in US IT Recruitment (OPT, H1B, GC, USC etc. Bench Onboarding)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for OPT, H1B, and senior consultants: sourcing, screening, evaluation, and onboarding.
- Onboard senior IT consultants onto the bench, ensuring documentation, compliance, and smooth integration into the team.
- Collaborate with universities, training vendors, and referral networks to attract fresh OPT talent.
- Conduct detailed resume screenings and pre-interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager to understand current bench requirements and align sourcing strategies.
- Provide ongoing relationship management and career guidance to onboarded consultants.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US immigration policies, work authorizations, and hiring processes.
- Proficiency in sourcing via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and university networks.
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a target-driven environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Strong networking skills with universities, training institutes, and referral networks.
- Experience in compliance checks, visa documentation, and onboarding support.
