**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell agricultural products (such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc.) to farmers, distributors, and agri-retailers
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and retail visits for product awareness and demand generation
- Leverage digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, WhatsApp, etc.) to run marketing campaigns tailored for rural audiences
- Create content and promotions in regional languages to connect better with target customers
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or referrals
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align online and offline marketing efforts
- Analyze digital marketing metrics (CTR, leads, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Prepare sales and campaign performance reports regularly

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in agricultural sales and digital marketing
- Good understanding of farming practices, crop cycles, and rural customer behavior
- Hands-on experience in running paid social media campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both local language and Hindi/English
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital analytics platforms
- Ability to travel frequently to rural areas for fieldwork

**Preferred**:

- Experience in agri input companies or agri-tech startups
- Knowledge of rural influencer marketing, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and community building

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
