**Responsibilities**
- Handling calls regarding various queries and maintaining relationship with them. Getting these queries solved through coordination with the respective department, Branch, Regional office, Product/Process Query handling.
- Should focus on customer satisfaction retention of customers
- Check Report on daily basis & update to the management for any queries and issues
- Send subscription Mails, Newsletters, flyers, Product Brochures & updated Products
- Follow-ups for Client Orders, inventory, Procurements, and Updates
- Personal interaction with clients on Booking, Quotation and Payment Schedule Preparation.
- Coordination with technical team IT dept for any queries and updates regarding products.
**Skills**
- Should possess good communication skills and presentation Skills.
- Willing to Learn & Update implement as per the company strategies
- Strong Interpersonal skills,
- Go get Attitude, issue resolver & Fixer
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
