The Sales Executive shall play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding the client base of the resort. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maximize all sales opportunities by proactively creating new leads and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle and convert all guest enquiries received through IVR calls or online platforms by clearly understanding guest requirements and converting them into confirmed bookings.
  • Deliver courteous, prompt, and professional responses to all incoming calls and ensure efficient resolution of guest queries regarding resort services and wellness programs.
  • Assist guests in filling out application forms accurately, collecting all necessary information required for the wellness retreat.
  • Coordinate closely with the front office and billing departments to ensure smooth guest onboarding and booking confirmations as per resort standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with operational and front desk teams to hand over all booking details clearly, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Send confirmation emails to guests whose applications are approved, and communicate essential pre-arrival information.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with guests throughout the booking and pre-arrival process, understanding their requirements and customizing recommendations accordingly.
  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival at the resort and collect feedback during their stay to address concerns and enhance the guest experience.
  • Generate new sales and promotions aligned with the company's goals and strategies.
  • Proactively identify and explore emerging markets and new business opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports showing sales volume, conversion rates, and areas for client base expansion.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and prompt support to both new and returning guests.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to support the company's mission, vision, and long-term growth.

Desired Profile:

  • Any Bachelor's Degree.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, reservations, or customer-facing roles (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to connect, influence, and follow up with potential guests.
  • Strong telephonic communication and customer service skills are a must.
  • Proficient in computer usage, including
    MS Excel
    , internet-based tools, and emails.
  • Hands-on experience in
    Zoho CRM
    or any other CRM platform will be an added advantage.
  • Capable of sending professional emails and presentations to top business clients.
  • Strong lead conversion, guest handling, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and time management.
  • A passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
