**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and acquire new customers for vehicle loan products in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Conduct field visits, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into sales.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to suggest strategic improvements.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in NBFC/Vehicle Finance industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field operations effectively.

- Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate (any stream).
