We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated **Telecaller Executives** to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads or conversions. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in sales, customer service, or business development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads or clients from the provided database.
- Clearly explain product/service details and benefits to customers.
- Handle queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
- Maintain a daily record of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and polite telephone manners.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM is a plus).
- Ability to handle rejections and remain professional under pressure.

Pay: ₹8,826.48 - ₹15,958.53 per month
