**Full Job Description - Purchase Executive/ Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
- Examine and test existing contracts.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

**Location: Noida, Sector
- 80**

**Salary: upto 3 LPA**

**Applicant must have experience of**:

- Purchasing electrical/electronic industrial tools and equipment etc.
- Vendor Development and Vendor Management Skills are highly desirable.
- Handling of Domestic and International shipments
- Negotiating freight and handling freight forwarders for safe delivery and receipt of goods

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Engineers - Diploma/BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronic) are required.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience required.

**Salary**: ₹15,140.25 - ₹25,536.98 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total Work: 2 years (preferred)
- purchase in Electrical/electronics: 1 year (preferred)
