**Job Brief**:
We are looking for a **Purchases Executive **to professionally manage activities related to strategic or tactical onboarding and assessment of carrier selection, freight optimization, reconciliation, and customer service.

**Responsibility**:

- Work as per the purchase process on the receipt of new orders.
- Research potential Vendors.
- Issuing purchase orders to the suppliers and following up on the delivery.
- Quality check of the materials and issue of debit notes to the supplies with intimation.
- Deal with non-supplied under orders, orders, and damaged goods.
- Weekly and monthly reports as per the purchase process.
- Issuance of MRN Stock Transfer as per the purchase and process.
- Maintaining their database of all suppliers and vendors.
- Submission of supplies invoices to accounts within the TAT with approvals from the purchases manager.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreements and pricing.
- Track Orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Review the quality of purchased products.

**Skills Required**:

- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Know-how to negotiate with Vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Taking ownership and accountability for producing tangible results
- The skill of flexibility
- Project management skills and proven experience in working with multiple departments
- The ability to work independently and as a part of a team
