Position: Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source reliable suppliers for a wide range of goods and services required by the company.

Evaluate and compare supplier proposals, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and payment conditions.

Prepare purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.

Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support.

Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and product availability.

Maintain a centralized database of suppliers, products, and pricing information.

Resolve any supplier-related issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively.

Ensure all purchasing processes follow regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic supplier evaluations.

Keep track of purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices to maintain accurate records.

Generate reports and provide insights on purchasing activities and cost-saving opportunities.

Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize purchasing efficiency.

Work closely with the finance department to process payments and resolve invoicing issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with procurement software and tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of industry-specific procurement regulations and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹11,269.94 - ₹42,408.51 per month
