**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:
**1. Shall Report to the production Manager & in absence of Production Manager report to the Plant In-Charge.**

**2. Shall Responsible for production Planning in Consultation with the production Manager/ Plant In-charge for the shift.**

**3. Shall check the Maintenance of the Department, premises, and equipment as per SOP and GMP norms.**

**4. Shall Responsible to assist Qualification team / validation team for conducting Qualification the equipment and utilities or validation of process / cleaning activity related to production department.**

**5. Shall Responsible to report any deviation/incident to the Production Manager & in absence of Production Manager, he/she will inform to Plant In-Charge**

**6. Shall Responsibility to ensure appropriate labelling system in Production Department as per SOP.**

**7. Shall Responsible to ensure that all Manufacturing operation are perform as per the approver manufacturing process.**

**8. Shall responsible to check Batch Production and Control Record, Process related document.**

**9. Shall responsible to maintain update record for current activity through team member.**

**10. Shall responsible to implementation of corrective action and preventive action under superior guidance for any deviation / incident / market complaint / audit compliance.**

**11. Shall responsible to coordinate with other department well in advance for smooth operation of the production activities.**

**12. Shall responsible to coordinating with Engineering & Maintenance Department for successful implementation of planned Preventive Maintenance program as per the schedule.**

**13. Shall responsible for coordinate with Engineering & Maintenance Department in case of major breakdown and initiating Corrective Action and Preventive Action where appropriate.**

**14. Shall coordinate and communicate management regarding human resource requirements.**
