Job Title: Shift Incharge - Formulation

**Job Description**:

- We are seeking a Shift Incharge for our formulation department who will be responsible for managing the production activities of the department during the shift. The Shift Incharge will work closely with the production manager to ensure that all production targets are met, and that the products are manufactured as per the established quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the formulation production activities during the shift and ensure that the production targets are achieved.
- Ensure that the products are manufactured as per the established quality standards and comply with the regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and supervise the production team during the shift, assign work, and ensure that the team is adequately trained and motivated.
- Ensure that the production equipment is maintained and calibrated as per the SOPs and that any equipment-related issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the batch records are properly maintained and that all the required documentation is completed as per the regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that the inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods is maintained and that any issues related to the inventory are reported to the production manager.
- Implement and monitor the safety protocols in the department, and ensure that the team is aware of the safety procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements, and report any non-conformances to the production manager.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement the necessary changes to improve the production processes and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with the production manager, other shift incharges, and other departments as needed to ensure that the production activities run smoothly.
- Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and other regulatory requirements.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
