Key Responsibilities:
- Run the entire Kitchen Operations.
- Manage the Kitchen Staff and their Duty Rosters.
- Ensure Quality Food Preparation and Service
- Prepare SOP's & Standard Recipe Books.
- Efficiently Coordinate with Store Keeper for Indenting of ingredients.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports viz.
- Sales Forecast
- Food Cost Report
- Kitchen Budget Report
- Food Wastage Report
- Staff Efficiency Report
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹16,137.94 - ₹58,995.26 per month
