
Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative support.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Manage office budgets and petty cash.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and other departments as needed.
- Welcome guests and provide general support to visitors.
- Ensure office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with basic bookkeeping and HR functions.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
