**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the operations of multiple shelters, ensuring efficient management and high-quality care for residents.
- Manage shelter budgets, track expenditures, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Develop and implement operational procedures for effective shelter management.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and volunteers to ensure holistic support for residents.
- Monitor and evaluate shelter programs, preparing reports for the management team and donors.
- Foster a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all residents and staff.
- Handle stakeholder communication, including government agencies, donors, and partners.

**Required Qualifications**:

- MBA in Operations/Administration/General Management or a related field.
- Experience in administration, preferably in the non-profit or social service sector.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
- Passion for social service and a deep understanding of vulnerable communities' needs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
