MySQL Database Administrator

**SQL CRMManager**

**Role Overview**:
This position will be responsible to manage the CRM system, leveraging SQL for data management and analysis.

The major work entails
- database management,
- data analysis,
- system integration,
- customization and configuration,
- user training and support,
- data governance and compliance,
- and continuous improvement to optimize the CRM system's impact on customer relationship management.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,**

Database Management:

- Maintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Create and update customer records and manage data access controls.

Data Analysis:

- Utilize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse CRM data.
- Generate reports and insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and buying patterns.

System Integration:

- Ensure seamless data flow and enhanced customer data analysis.

Customization and Configuration:

- Customize and configure the CRM system to meet the organization's needs.
- Set up custom fields, workflows, and automation rules to streamline processes.

User Training and Support:

- Provide training sessions and support to CRM users within the organization.
- Create user documentation and guides.
- Address user queries and issues related to CRM functionality, data management, and reporting.

Data Governance and Compliance:

- Ensure the CRM system and data management practices comply with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
- Implement data governance policies and maintain data integrity and security.

Continuous Improvement:

- Proactively identify areas for improvement in CRM processes, data quality, or system functionality.
- Propose and implement enhancements, conduct A/B testing, and monitor key performance indicators.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 8-10 years of proven experience in SQL for data management and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience managing CRM systems.
- Familiarity with database management and system integration concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
