**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a confident and proactive female professional to join our team as a **Sales and Customer Engagement Executive**. The role involves driving sales through effective communication and engagement with clients, both online and offline.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reaching out to individuals and businesses through LinkedIn and calls to promote and sell laptops, computers, and hardware.
- Building and maintaining a professional network to generate leads.
- Connecting with colleges, schools, and corporate organizations to promote and sell computers and hardware.
- Building long-term relationships with institutions for recurring business opportunities.
- Attending to walk-in customers at the office.
- Understanding their needs and providing tailored product recommendations to ensure satisfaction.
- Assisting customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Addressing any queries related to laptops, computers, and hardware.
- Following up with potential leads and converting them into successful sales.
- Maintaining records of interactions and sales activities.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling calls, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face interactions.
- Basic knowledge of laptops, computers, and hardware (training can be provided).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other communication tools.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
