**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
- Assist in translation of documents or communication from English to Kannada and Tamil as required.
- **Key Requirements**:

- Fluency in both Kannada and Tamil (spoken ) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory, depending on relevant work experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
