**Job summary **:As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services. Your goal will be to build relationships, generate leads, and contact potential and existing customers to introduce them to our products and services, answer their questions, and close deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for new leads and identify sales opportunities
- Make outbound calls to introduce our company's products and services
- Build rapport with potential customers and understand their needs
- Deliver clear and concise presentations about our offerings
- Answer customer questions and address their concerns
- Overcome objections and negotiate deals to close sales
- Process orders and ensure accurate data entry
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Track and report on call activity and sales performance
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer objections and concerns professionally and courteously.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (business-related fields preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
