**Job Description For Customer Care Executive
- Ecommerce Sales Operations**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible to handle inbond & outbound calls to manage customer inquires coming from different platforms. (No Cold Calling)
- Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
- To promote ayurveda wellness products over the phone to generate sales numbers & value, set quality parameters
- To Understand the Customer requirements and Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the wellness packages.
- Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.
- Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.
- Order confirmation call on cash on delivery order coming from our website
