Key responsibilities:

- Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate contact with potential customers through outbound calls, introduce the company's sportswear products, and identify sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the product range and its benefits to effectively communicate with customers.

Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by promoting product features, benefits, and special offers to prospective clients.

Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, answering queries, and offering tailored solutions based on customer needs.

Lead Generation: Qualify and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and online inquiries.

Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales team and management.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback on products, services, and the sales process, and communicate this to the management team to improve customer experience.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Product Promotions: Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and new product launches to encourage sales.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider sales team to discuss strategies, share insights, and enhance overall performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in the sportswear, retail, or related industry.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, overcome objections, and close sales.

Strong knowledge of sportswear products and fitness trends is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls and leads simultaneously.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about the sportswear industry
