**Supervising and managing drivers**:Assigning routes, monitoring performance, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
- **Scheduling and route planning**:Optimizing routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, considering factors like traffic, delivery schedules, and driver availability.
- **Vehicle maintenance and management**:Ensuring vehicles are properly serviced, maintained, and repaired, scheduling routine maintenance and addressing any mechanical issues.
- **Ensuring safety and compliance**:Enforcing safety procedures, conducting regular safety audits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant transportation laws and regulations.
- **Handling logistics and problem-solving**:Managing the transportation process from start to finish, troubleshooting any issues that arise during transit, and finding solutions to keep deliveries on schedule.
- **Communication and coordination**:Interacting with drivers, dispatchers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.
- **Budget and cost management**:Monitoring transportation costs, optimizing budgets, and finding ways to reduce expenses while maintaining service quality.
- **Training and development**:Providing training to drivers on safety procedures, new technologies, and best practices.

Essential Skills:

- **Strong leadership and management skills**: Ability to motivate, delegate, and provide feedback to drivers.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- **Strong organizational and problem-solving skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and find solutions to complex problems.
- **Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards**: Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
- **Proficiency in relevant software and technology**: Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), GPS tracking, and other relevant tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
